Mobile Facial Recognition with Intelligent Punch Validation: Employees clock in and out using their mobile devices—or shared devices in kiosk mode—by scanning their face. Our AI-powered facial recognition verifies both the identity of the employee and has a liveness detection to ensure it is not a picture or video of the person, preventing time theft such as buddy punching.
The system continuously improves through adaptive learning, updating user profiles over time as facial features change to maintain accuracy.
Mobile Biometric Clock
Findd's biometric time clock revolutionizes time tracking by combining mobile-first facial recognition with robust workforce management features. Employees can punch in and out using their own smartphones or shared tablets, making the system hardware-agnostic and budget-friendly. Our advanced facial recognition eliminates buddy punching and ensures compliance across dispersed job sites. Whether teams are underground in a stadium, on the third floor of a building, or out in the field, Findd's offline-first technology ensures punches are captured and synced automatically when connectivity returns.
Offline Capabilities
The mobile app is designed to function even without internet connectivity, enabling punches and data entry to sync later. Ideal for field environments like basements or remote sites.
Geofencing and 3D Micro-Locations
Timecard punches can be geofenced to specific job sites and refined using Bluetooth beacons for multi-story tracking or proximity-based job changes, enhancing accuracy in complex environments. Beacon's allow you to restrict punches to within 25 meters of a specific location.
Dynamic Job Costing and Equipment Tracking
Employees can be assigned to specific projects, job codes, or equipment. Tools like RFID tags on machinery allow real-time job and cost center transfers—great for accurate payroll, billing and wage calculations.
Exception and Compliance Handling
The system flags punches outside of the job geofence, with low biometric scores or other parameters (e.g., late/early punches), enabling supervisors to review and resolve exceptions easily. This supports prevailing wage, per diem, and custom compliance rules.
Breadcrumbing for Travel Time Tracking
Track employee movement between job sites to log travel time — especially valuable for reimbursing mileage or verifying billable transit time between work locations.
